Order Processing Time
 
Orders are processed on a daily basis. Orders received by 3pm will ship same business day. All orders received after that will ship the next business day. If we experience a high volume of orders, please allow an additional 3 days for shipping.
 
Expedited shipping is available. Please call customer service should you wish to have your order sent Express Mail.
 
Our products do not contain any preservatives; if you are ordering Body Butter in the summer, please be mindful that your product may liquefy. If that is the case, place in the refrigerator for a few hours and it will solidify.
 
Shipping Carrier
 
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
 
Tracking Your Shipment
 
You will receive an email containing your tracking number when your order ships. You will be able to track your package at: www.usps.com
 
If you are having your package sent to your job, please notify your mailroom in advance that you are expecting a delivery.

 RETURN POLICY
 
Suga’ on Top would like for all their customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason, please see our return policy below.

You may return any unopened or gently used purchase within three days of purchase by contacting info@mysugaontop.com. 
 
You will be provided with a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return. Return shipping charges are your responsibility unless the return was the result of our error or if the product was damaged or defective.
 
When you return your package, please include the email that contains the return authorization code that we have provided you. Please ship returns via USPS or any traceable shipping method. Once we have received an inspected the package you will be able to exchange the item with a replacement or we will refund your money. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
When your Suga’ on Top order arrives, please inspect the package for damage. It is normal for the package to show some wear; however, if you feel that the product may be damaged, please contact us immediately.
